ðŸ“Š All home types saw an increased amount of activity, with townhomes seeing a 21-46% increase in sales and detached homes jumping by 18%.
ðŸ“Š There is currently 3.5 months of supply on the market in Oakville, which is higher than other neighboring cities, and the average sales to listing price ratio is 97%

ðŸ“Š Sales volume was 272, up from last month by 27% and up from last year by 19%
ðŸ“Š Condo and homes both saw a significant increase in sales of 17% and 26% respectively
ðŸ“Š There is currently 2.4 months of supply on the market in Burlington, and the average sales to listing price ratio is 98%
