ðŸ“Š This figure is down by 10% from May 2017 and 12% from May 2016. These comparisons are lower than in previous months as we see sales pick up in comparison to previous years.
Days to Sell & Months of Inventory //
ðŸ“Š It currently takes 26 days to sell a home on average, this is up 4% from last month and 2% from last year. It takes 50% longer to sell a home when compared to May 2017.
